You control your data

You can request deletion of personal data we process through the Remi Online website, apps and services.

Your request can cover your game account and associated data, profile, game activity, messages, support requests and other personal data we process about you. Specify whether you want your account and all associated data deleted or only certain data.

Send your request by email or contact form

Include your username and account email address if you have an account with us. Do not send your password.
